RIDE 'EM COWBOY!!....

Some slightly different bike action from Sunday. I watched this guy for a few laps, noticed that he was throwing himself about a bit and getting his feet up in this bend, so I moved to this position and knocked off a couple of snaps of him, showing his "off road skills". The bike he his riding, is known as a Super Motard and essentially, is used for riding/racing both on and off road combined courses, although, on Sunday, he was limited to the tarmac.

Looks like it would hurt if that heel ever touches the ground. Crazy bugger!
Neil Tandy: Believe me Martin, the rest of the riders hate these guys on the track, they are bloody lunatics grin It also looks like this guy is more of a motorcross rider or speedway rider with this style of riding!! Many thanks mate. Kindest regards, Neil.
Another terrific action shot.
Neil Tandy: And another terrific comment Kerrin, many, many thanks and very kind regards, Neil.

Neil Tandy: I am on bended knees thanking you Subster grin Glad you appreciate a bit of photographic genius!!!! grin grin Kindest regards, Neil.
Great panning technique Neil. Just the right amount of background blur to show speed, and spot on for the bike and rider. You chose your spot perfectly. Very cool mate.
Neil Tandy: Hey, thanks so much Chris. Glad that your working peepers can distinguish motion blur now!! grin smile LOL. Kindest regards mate, Neil.
Dear Neil,
Once again, you managed to get the perfect photograph. You have to show me how you do this ... its amazing!!!
With reference to giving the track pro's a run for their money, with shots like this, you already do!!!
Neil Tandy: Hi Elize. I seriously tried to reply to this comment last night, but after 3 hours of no success with internet connection, I gave up and went to bed!! Bearing in mind the email you sent me yesterday, I have to say that this is pretty good, but there are 1 or 2 things that could be a bit better. Having said that, I do think it is a good enough photo to grace the pages of "Bark Essay", 2 Wheels and so on. If you want to watch the "master" at work, you just need to be at Midvaal on Saturday, for the regionals. Many thanks and kindest regards, Neil.-x-
